Greg Gardner

Greg Gardner has been instructing goalies for over 15 years including goalie camps, clinic and private lessons. Gardner Goaltending will be entering its 8th summer at Dwyer Arena in which many D1 instructors and coaches have coached. Now retired from playing Greg Gardner is currently the Niagara University Assistant Coach. In addition to scouting, video analysis and recruiting he is primarily responsible for the NU Goalies.

Gardner had a very successful Junior, Collegiate and Professional Career. During that span he garnered several awards as the League's Top Goaltender, Team MVP, and winning the Lowest Goals Against Average Award.

In 2000 Greg led the NCAA in G.A.A. and owns a NCAA record of 12 shutouts in a season.

He played in two NHL Exhibition Games with Columbus and attended 3 NHL training camps in four years (Columbus 2000 - 2001) and (Buffalo 2003)

Greg finished his career playing 2 seasons in the German 2 Bundesliga leading his team to a first place finish, winning Top Goalie and Top G.A.A. in consecutive seasons
