"The Dry Land Workouts are an integral part of the Greg Gardner Goalie School. I firmly believe that how you prepare off the ice will impact your performance on the ice. The training at the Greg Gardner Goalie School is just that... TRAINING. The workouts are drills Purple Eagle players use when they train at NU, as well as workouts I STILL use in my professional career. This portion of the school, gives the students a glimpse of what it takes to be a D1 athlete, as well as what it takes to be an elite goalie. Students at the Greg Gardner Goalie School know that the off ice workouts are hard, but are worthwhile and they do get the most out of it." —Greg Gardner, Executive Director
